Didn’t know what I would think about the black cover for my keyboard, but I absolutely love it! I had the clear keyboard cover initially and bought it twice only for it to continue to get very nasty especially being a woman who wears makeup if you know what I mean.

After 3 Mac Keyboards replaced from spilled coffee, I bit the bullet. Thank goodness I did! It's awkward at first getting used to the plastic over the keys, but it's so worth it to save my keyboard from spills and dirt. I will absolutely buy this again if needed.

Perfect fit on my Apple iMac keyboard. The keys are aligned with the cover which in itself is amazing. The fit of most other covers are misaligned. The ultra thin silicone cover does not really impact the speed or feel when typing. Love it!

I've used it for a few days now. I'm getting used to how it feels. In some ways, it's stickier than the keys. Your fingers don't move off as smoothly as they do on Apple's keys. This slows down my typing slightly. It's speeding up as I learn to left before moving rather than sliding. When it's on the keyboard, it's practically invisible. The thing you notice is the keys seem to have a little more depth to them. They stand out further from the keyboard than without the cover. I presume the water/liquid/dirt proofing will work very well. I haven't had something happen to test it. It will work except if the one key which is not covered so you can use Touch ID is not affected by whatever is spilled on the keyboard. It also looks smaller and lower down now than the other keys. I bought the cover to take care of my fingernails scratching the surface of the keys. I've had letters fade out from years of use, but this is a first time for this problem. It's because the black is a layer over the top of the key. That can be scratched and removed. I've been a touch typist for years, but I'd still rather have what each key is visible. It is very worth the small cost. I'm not sure how long it will last under normal daily use, but I think several years baring other unexpected happenings at the least.

Keyboard skins are a must-have for me to keep the letters intact on the *actual* keyboard since I seem to wear them off so easily with use; it's cheaper to go through these skins than to buy a new keyboard so often. And the bonus is that the skin protects the keyboard itself from spills and dust (of course, the Touch ID key remains open). I like this keyboard skin and it fits my keyboard just fine. I have no problem typing on it, but maybe that's because I've been using keyboard skins for years. I prefer the black with white letters, but I've only had this particular skin for 2.5 weeks and already the black is wearing off around some of the letters . . . hence the 4 stars. Other than that issue, it does the job.

This little cover fits my Magic Keyboard 10 key perfectly. I have a bad habit of eating while at my keyboard so I am careful where crumbs land. This takes care of all that.

This cover had a lot of promise, it fit well and it was thin/sheer enough. However, it's just the dye/coloring of the key faces on the cover that come off on your hands and fingernails. This is poor in my opinion and no amount of washing resolves it. I've washed it with soap and water multiple times and it's not resolved the problem.

Very inexpensive...keeps dust and debris off your keyboard when not using it. Purchased 2 of these already and I am done buying them. They last for about 6 months and then they stretch out and don't fit tightly anymore. Makes it really difficult to type. I put it on at the end of the day now.
