It's cute and practical, at the same time! I work in very hot environment, too, so I loved that it was crocheted, so it won't make me too hot. But it will still work in the colder months. Is not a good fit so it just falls off. I was expecting it to be more snug on my forehead so it wouldn't slide off but it is just way to big. Very disappointing purchase
