These height increase insoles are surprisingly comfortable and easy to use. They fit well inside my shoes and provide a noticeable lift without feeling unstable while walking. My teen is a lifelong toe walker. Placing these inside ankle boots means whilst on their toes still - hidden heels makes for less pain and the ability to walk further. Firm enough yet spongy and comfortable and the ability to stick them down really helps. We have bought several pairs now. Recommend these at this great price for any toe walkers or anyone who wants a little height lift.

Bit uncomfortable but gives a bit of height

Exactly as advertised- Great for me but quite narrow like my feet - but may not suite someone with wide feet- good dense and supporting yet cushioning raisers. Increased comfort for solid heals. Have bought 8 pairs for my shoes, product has a naturally sticky base which means they don't slip around.

Leave the plastic cover on so can pop into other shoes!

i have had plantar fascilitis for 4 years, I've had the cortisone injections ,3 courses of shock wave therapy ,spent a fortune on various types of insoles, compression socks, massage gun, 6 pairs of skechers memory foam trainers,2 pairs of arch support trainers, skechers golf shoes, I've tried taping my heel rolling a ball under my foot, stretching my calf muscle, stretching my archilles all to no avail, these gel height inserts have been life changing ,i am able to walk pain free ,i walked several miles this morning with no issues .i haven't removed the plastic film from them as they do not move when i put them in place. well worth a try, for me its not about height gain its about the cushioning effect, i bought the 2.5 cm size and i will be buying several more to to fit various footware without the need for swopping from shoe to shoe.

Fühlt sich überraschend bequem an und funktioniert perfekt. Es wurden 2 Paare geliefert. Diese verrutschen nicht und drücken den Fuß auch nirgendwo. Beim Anziehen des Schuhs spürt man die Größenveränderung extrem.
