A great grill!!!
Having spent a lifetime of replacing huge grills every 2-4 years that I have spent $300-400 a piece on, is a lot of wasted money. Three years ago almost to the day, I bought a Heritage stainless steel grill from my local BJs. I love that grill and it has seen some abuse. We own a travel trailer and any time we go on a trip that grill gets strapped to the top of my tonneau cover and bounces around for thousands of miles. We live on the east coast. Last summer it was Arizona and New Mexico and the Summer before it was the Canadian Rockies. I used that grill at home up to three times a week. It is plenty big and will cook for maybe 4 people. The grill had its first problem a year ago or so. I left it on during the night and ice built up on the gas line. Then a thirsty squirrel came along and chewed right through the hose. I replaced that hose with one I bought at Amazon with a variable regulator. That proved challenging to properly adjust at each start, but I got used to it and loved the ability to incinerate my meats on the outside. Anyway, now three years into that grill and the grid is rusted and falling apart, the heat shields have large holes in them but the burners are still working. It isn't worth the trouble to fix after three years of heavy use. It still works fine, but it's time to buy another, so I ordered this Pit Boss for about 25 bucks more than I paid for the BJ's grill three years earlier. BJ's is no longer selling the Heritage. Imagine my delight when I unpacked the Pit Boss and discovered it was exactly the same grill as the Heritage I had used and loved for three years. Every hole matches up. Same brand regulator too. I saved the old one for who knows what reason. I think I got the BJ's grill on sale for 90 bucks, so paying $115 hurts a little, but it is worth every cent. This is one of the best grills you can buy for roughly 100 bucks. The quality is excellent all around and if you buy it to only occasionally use, it could last a really long time. Highly recommended!

Great Grill
I made a few modifications to mine but is great as is. I had a gas grill years ago so, back then they did not have flavor shield's, lava rock and cook, in fact when it came I took the V shaped shields off as I thought they were just there to protect the gas tubing during shipment, So as soon as I got it, took the 2 V shaped shields off, left then on living room floor, went outside fired grill up, cooked some steaks, man it took 1/2 the time that the charcoal one did, was very happy. While sitting in living room later that night, I saw the 2 V shaped shields and picked them up to throw them in trash, after I picked them up and felt their weight again and saw they were made out of stainless steal, I decided to look at directions and then I saw what they were, Oh S_____, what a dummy I felt like. Now this presented a problem as far as I was concerned, as this to me with the V shaped shields on, seemed like my new gas grill just became my new gas oven, so I decided to put V shaped Flavor shields on and try the next day, which I did. All worked great, but was missing that open fame feeling, so I went on Internet looking for options, here is what I did: I removed the 2 V shaped flavor shields, squeezed them a little and placed on both sides on grill upside down ^, I then placed from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015RBA2E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (19.99) a adjustable grate that rested on top of the 2 V shaped flavor shields, this put new adjustable grate right above the fuel tubing. Next to prevent anything from falling directly on fuel tubing I placed, also from Amazon (21.50) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0052Y6256/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Ceramic Gas Grill Self Cleaning Briquettes, I only use 1 side of grill so it only took 3 Briquettes for width to cover fuel tubing, length maybe 6 or 7 by 3 Briquettes wide. Man, throw your top grate on and start cooking. Either way this is a Great Grill and if you are looking for a easy to use gas grill, this is it. Having one side open (No Briquettes) gave me room for, yup from Amazon too a wood smokers tube (16.96) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06ZZRR7XD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Overall am very, very happy.

Great grill!
Great size grill, easy to clean and fit enough of food for a family of 6. Easy to clean. Have kept outside under patio and still looks new. Love and hate that it’s so lightweight. Love that it’s light weight for me to transport but hate that it is lightweight that the wind can knock it over if it’s not attached to the gas tank . Would have given a 5 but the only issue I have is that I have not been using the grill that much and the letters on the grill are all coming off . They should engrave the words on the grill instead of paint.

Give me the Heat!
Great little inexpensive grill. We have owned two of these units now, and both produced considerable heat. My current one gets up to 900° plus based on the built in thermometer. The grill is a good size for cooking main proteins for a family of four.

Great Portable Grill
This two burner pit Boss portable grill is a great stainless steel addition to our RV camping. It's not the easiest thing to clean but then again it's made of stainless steel and it's very well made, for the price. I don't really like to clean grills but I don't like to cook on dirty ones either. I use a cast iron grill to cook our food, and I also put aluminum foil on the bottom of the unit. Otherwise, to clean it takes a bit to clean it. Watch out for Sharp pieces inside the unit while you're cleaning it. I added a quick disconnect hose to the Pit Boss grill, easy to connect to our RV propane system and start cooking. If you put aluminum foil on the burner deflector plates, you'll need to change them each time you cook, cuz the burner gets pretty hot and flames the aluminum foil, burning your your food instead of cooking it, if you're not using a flat top grill. The collapsible legs are pretty good if you're on a level surface, and don't plan on moving it much. But the legs do not lock into place. Overall we're real happy with our Pit Boss portable grill and plan on many Happy meals.

It’s not a toy.
I have had this for 2 plus weeks, and I am Very pleased. Over the years I have owned several tabletop propane grills from greats like Weber, and Smoke Hallow. This time I wanted one with a bit more control, such as with two burners, larger surface, and a sturdier grilling grate. Now the vendors description was clear. However, I hadn’t found this in a ‘brick n mortar’ to scratch n sniff in person, so took a chance. So far no regrets. The build quality is upper shelf, with a real stainless bars for grilling grates, not the ‘wire grates’ like the others. Igniters built into the burner valves… Not as portable as the others, it is much heavier, but hey, I have an RV now to carry it in. Definitely.. . Not a toy. I have grilled steaks, chicken, chops, planked salmon, seared a sous vide prepped steak, shrimp & veggies, and once I learned heat adjustment, no real issues. Heat management with the afore mentioned there’s not really much, with this there’s is a learning curve, but fairly easy to grasp, and BONUS with two burners I can cheat by cooking indirect. This… Was.. to be for the RV, but I have now already added it to my outdoor collection, of an offset wood smoker, Traeger, Charcoal grill, Ooni pellet pizza oven, 22” Blackstone flattop, and now this. Next is to extend the deck, and order a second for the RV. Very pleased.

Great Grill!
Fantastic grill! Portable and takes up small amount of space. Used this exact grill for years. Just picked this one up to replace the old one.

Great quality
I bought this grill on sale a year ago for $99 . I was skeptical of the quality for that price but found out quickly it's of great quality & for the price I paid it's a steel . Would definitely recommend but keep checking the price as I'm sure it will be on sale soon now that the colder weather is not far off

Decent for the money and size.
Good quality construction. Large drip tray, nice heat spreaders, thick grill, and a relatively tall inside with lid down. Costco version is slightly nicer but more money. Costco's has a bit sturdier legs but nearly identical in every other way. One thing you will battle is the heat. Fairly even except for the front few inches, but this thing gets HOT. 600-700 IF YOU HAVE IT CRANKED UP AND LID DOWN. I find it's best used lid up and use more as a bbq pit vs a low and slow bbq. Great buy, just gotta use it a bit different then a full size bbq. 100% recommended!

Best portable grill so far
it was very fast delivery, product is very good and high end. used couple of times and works great. Veggies and meat cooks very well. If you are using a small cylinder you should buy a converter, which is again I bought in Amazon. Grill plates became dirty in first use but that is how it is. Overall good portable grill and recommend this product.
