Seems to be working
I’ve only been taking these for a few days but I’m really impressed. They truly work as an appetite suppressant. I normally snack and eat all day. No matter how hard I try I can’t resist. Since taking these I eat little bits and portions and I feel full. I’ve never been a smacked however, since I turned 50 I’ve noticed I’ve gotten a little lax and like a treat or two… or three. I’ve tried several different so called suppressants and none compare to this one so far. They aren’t very expensive either. I will definitely purchase again.

Helps with bloating
This doesn't necessarily help with craving control as I hoped, but I can definitely tell a difference in the amount of bloat I experience following meals. I will repurchase for that benefit alone. It makes taking L-Glutamine easy (versus the powder form) so I'm able to maintain consistency. Worth it in my opinion.

Helps Reduce Sugar Cravings

CRAVE CONTROL
I was not sure about this product even after reading the reviews, so i went on and order the crave control. I am on a low-fat diet, i do walk 30 minutes Aday to keep my A1C down. After following the instructions i was so amaze how it work ed for me. I had no desire for any extra sweet after my meal. which is a plus for me my energy has been phenomenal. no jitters at all.
