Review: Exercise ball for PT - While the exercise ball is great, it’s advertised as coming with a pump to inflate it and it did not. Instead it came with a small straw. Once I did inflate it, it’s got a nice bounce to it. The material has a nice feel to it. And would have had 5 stars if I didn’t have to blow it up with a straw. After a week of use it’s retaining air just fine. Review: Great item!! - Item comes deflated..but has inflation tube and plug and inflates easily..be sure to read handling info concerning wood surfaces

you don't get a ball, it's flattened and you need to blow it up. It's difficult to inflate...
