Can you explain the differences between the 2 materials (man made leather and Oxford cloth)? And also between the 2 sizes?

I bought oxford cloth queen size. The 2 sizes refer to different connections to the stroller frame: queen size is high and standard is low as you can see in the pictures. The oxford cloth is more similar to the stroller materials and I don't know if the man made leather is real leather.

Is this compatible with a maclaren triumph?
