Very affordable although the design is pretty simplistic. Size is great for personal use or for a single professional. The thing that I love the most is the heat. Love that it is quick to heat up and I mean hot. The towels are too hot to handle and I would upgrade the tweezers. Yet its functionality is perfection. This is intended to hold a water base so not meant to be moved around at all. Durable and very simple to use. I’d take this 10/10 times over a traditional hot towel “warmer”

Use thicker towels so the heat holds longer.

The temp is too hot! Will give you first degree burns even after opening the towel to the atmosphere. The reservoir and upper dish get very nasty within the first use. The water gets very cloudy and has brown goo/debris in the masses. On top of that the towel receptacle on top will crack and change color within the first several weeks of operation. Not worth the money at all. The number of times I have had to clean it makes it a hassle and builds aggravation. The only thing good about this product is the amount of capacity. For a couple it is almost too large. I have had the steamer for almost a month and all the plastics are stained and/or cracked. Not a good quality product and wasn't designed for longevity. This absolutely wasn't designed to actually be used in real life.

This warmer I use for massage sessions. I think it works well to warm moist towels, however the tongs get really hot if you place it on the machine. Also, I was not able to figure out when to put water in. Sometimes they came out soggy.

Ordered this on March 6 and it worked perfectly until September 25. The unit wouldn't get hot and the light indicator wouldn't turn on. Emailed the company who delivered a new one. Great company!

I thought I would dislike the timer in my facial room, but it doesn’t bother anybody at all! This product has a quality plastic tub. (Watch out for other steamers that bend and melt and soften). I’m really glad I bought this. BUT WE WANT PINK OR WHITE PLEEESE!!? Blue is not attractive and suits people who decorate in blue (not us) lol you should design for Estheticians :) I can easily put nine PLUSH microfiber facial towels from MOONQUEEN in there. Just have to be a little creative on folding it, so it fits the height. I don’t need to put 12 in there. 10 minutes is enough…if you leave towels in there longer they’re way too hot to touch. Comes with a nice metal pair of tongs. My only negative is the lid. Can be hard to grip small tab with wet, gloved hand!! So I folded a piece of waterproof foam tape on the lid to give it more of an extension…works. Perfect! Don’t put essential oils in your steamers because that’s what ruins the plastic. It doesn’t matter what the packaging says!

Great for an at home set up. Use it to heat towels for pedis. Works great. If anything it gets too hot, so be careful.
