No they come with what you see in the photo...except the hand. We are attached to it :)

Could this be used for cable attachments? I have pain on my forearm near my joint area and nutral grip helps with the pain when doing certian workouts

Yes absolutely! These can be attached using the clip on the end of the cable. If the cable's clip is too small to go around the 3/8" eye bolt, you can use a carabiner to attach the two together.

What is the weight limit for these?
