I absolutely love this stuff! Its in a small tube, so it is easy to slip in a pocket and discreetly use in the bathroom. It works amazingly. I use it on my inner thighs (where they rub together) and groin area (where my underwear rub) and it saves me from pain in both areas when walking long distances. The texture is smooth without being too heavy. Its sticky enough to stay in place, but not to notice any unpleasant texture. There is no scent and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

Used this when I did the Rim to Rim Grand Canyon hike and it helped prevent chaffing. It didn't feel sticky or greasy. It worked wonderfully and at a reasonable price.

I used Body Glide's foot glide before but I actually find this particular one to work better for feet and can use it on other places so it's a bonus. This version upholds a bit better to sweat, but you still need to reapply depending on how long you plan to be out or at the gym. I mainly use this on my feet on friction spots like the sides of my toes and heels and ankles and it doesn't eliminate blisters completely but it goes a long way to prevent/reduce them. I also use this on my thighs depending on what shorts I swear to help reduce friction when running or going on longer hikes and it definitely helps a lot. It goes on completely clear and has no scent, you don't even know it's there, and with the size of the tube it will definitely last a long time.

If you're going to Disney World or any other vacation where there's a ton of walking this is THE thing you don't want to forget. It eliminates any and all chaffing without feeling greasy or sticky. It rolls on just like deodorant and is the perfect size for a backpack, travel bag, purse, etc. I will never travel without this because when you start chaffing and have nothing to combat it, you will be in for a world of pain for the rest of the trip. Can't recommend this enough.

Very effective against chafing. After carrying 65 lb packs in the mtns, this product was keep close in my fanny pack. Whenever I felt dryness & the chafing begin, I simply reapplied and it saved me.

This stuff works.Now I can wipe my sweat off appropriate areas without the discomfort of ignoring the rest of my body sweat.

Honestly doesn’t work that great unless you’re already in a warm climate so the glide is softened?I gave this stuff an honest go since it came in a travel size and could easily come on overnight/thru backpack trips. But it’s just not worth it.I use Toms now and it glides on and stays useful. No chubrub whether I’m hiking or wearing dresses etc.
