Why I can not control temperature?

The temperature should be controllable, between 500-700F. It is specifically manufactured for use with a one pound cylinder, therefore, any other style propane may cause it not to function correctly. Can this be connected to an rv quick connect gas hose?

What is the changes in new version

Do not buy one of these. The regulator on mine failed and Masrerbuilt was slow at even responding. After 3 weeks of waiting I called them to find out where the part was and then they told me it was unavailable. They eventually refunded me but I missed the summer with a grill. Bite the bullet and buy the Weber 1200. It’s built like a tank and Weber stands behind their products.

What is the height with legs closed. I have a cubby in my rv that is 10 high. Wondering if it would fit?.
