Great but
Bad packaging. You'd need to return the first one
User
Poor quality
Super cute but poor quality. Apparently, you shouldn't use dishwasher for it as it peels off the sticker...

Refund Needed, Cracked Mug
I really enjoyed the gift, it was cute and thoughtful and the printing was done well. However after my third use of the mug, the mug cracked straight done the middle. I used it for tea, so apparently the mug can't handle boiling hot water from a kettle. I'd like to request a refund or a new mug.Thank you

A lovely gift that brought a smile
I bought this as a gift and it was absolutely perfect. The design is fun, the print is clear and the mug feels good quality. It arrived well packaged and made a lovely present that was very well received. Great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a thoughtful gift for a granny
