Q: How does this have a 5 star rating when the 1 star reviews are horrible and you can't return them? Concerned about not being able to return for refund

I purchased these in 2018- AMAZING! Came back to repurchase and saw a one star review stating first purchase was amazing, second very different and horrible. As far as a seller stating “No returns” that only means it’s something that is not allowed to be accepted as a return (like food or drink). If you call Amazon and explain situation- They WILL give you a refund!!

The box of towels I just received (Nov 2020) says made in Turkey. Not sure where it was made when this question was asked.

Q: Is the texture too course to use as dinner napkins for wedding?

Not at all, I'd say these are an impressive thickness. They don't feel cheap or look like a bathroom paper towel. They don't feel coarse to me in that way. I'd say one seems to be as thick as a dinner napkin made of cloth but not silky like one. It doesn't feel rough to me.
