The product itself is good but the Customer Service even better. This is the first time I got a full replacement of my Massager with a brand new one since the Massager Unit started having problems after 7 months of continuous usage. But the CS gladly replaced the entire Box after sharing the issue video. It's been the best product experience till date. This product has helped to mitigate my frozen shoulder issue and is very portable so i can continue my treatment throughout the day. Sufficient spare pads are included to replace the worn out ones. Overall double recommend for the product & CS both.

The best I'll ever say... The effectiveness and yes the battery is way too good after a year I'm writing. See myself from force dpt we need it most of the time and seeing it small and effectiveness is, I'm impressed. And yes me from being from a Garo tribe from Garo hills Meghalaya says a lot, same brand name and tribe woawwww..

Good quality & compact

I have been using this machine since two weeks now, it has been extremely pain relieving and helpful in my case as I have slip disc thus radiating pain in back and calf which has now decreased by 50%Pros:1) Replaces expensive early physio therapy sessions where they only use tens cupping etc2) Shows result in first 5 mins of use3) Easy stick on pads which I have been reusing without any issues (I mantain it well by sticking the pads on plastic again after use)4) tens therapy I am able to do on calf and thighs at the same time due to dual mechanismCons:1) I had to do research on which mode I should use for my condition - the machine should have it as an input for guidance else people wont use the right therapy for them.(So do read about the modes and select the right one for you)
