I started noticing early signs of plantar fasciitis, and having dealt with injuries before, I know how important it is to address something like this right away before it turns into a much longer recovery. After comparing several different ice packs, I went with this one, and I'm really happy with the purchase. The material feels high quality, and the cold retention is impressive. Even after being on my foot for over 20 minutes, it's still frigid to the touch. Coverage is excellent too, it wraps completely around my heel and ankle and reaches the base of the Achilles tendon, extending up to about the middle of my foot, which is exactly where I needed relief. It fits securely so you don't have to worry about it slipping off or loosening up over time. The straps are sturdy and the velcro is strong. The actual material is not uncomfortable either, even when it is strapped oh really right. It is easy to mold around your ankle, the material is sturdy but flexible. No leaking either, it would take a lot of effort to penetrate the material. One important note: pay attention to the 20 minute limit and wear socks when you first take it out of the freezer. This thing gets colder than any ice pack I've used before, and I can see how it could cause skin damage if used directly on bare skin or left on too long. It's a serious product, not a flimsy one. The storage bag is a nice touch too, keeps it separate from food in the freezer. Between resting my foot and using this consistently, I avoided a full blown case of plantar fasciitis. Now I use it as a preventative measure after long jogs or extended walks. If you need a quality ice pack with solid, secure coverage, this one fits the bill. High quality and good value. as someone who has heel pain, this thing is amazing at the end of the day. I put mine in the freezer and it stays cold for a good while. it fits my foot perfectly and the straps are nice and elastic. I am able to walk around with it on, though it feel odd but the material is durable. its extremely easy to use. its not too stiff from the freezer. would highly recommend getting one if you have heel pain daily like i do.

This ankle wrap is great. Using it to ice broken ankle while rehabbing and after each game. Fits better than other single ice packs. Cools the entire ankle and back foot area. Super soft and comfortable too. Really glad we found this one.
