I've had cracked chapped lips for 2 months. I've had to apply lip balm at least five times a day. All of the other ones that were supposed to work did not. This one actually did. After about 5 days, my lips are almost healed. Expensive but worth it.

I always use lip cream to keep my lips moisturized, but recently my lips were getting dry no matter what I used. Finally, I tried this product—and it actually worked! I was skeptical at first, but it’s definitely worth trying. One star off for the price though. Fifteen dollars for a tiny lip cream is a bit much

Effective lip protection from any mild reaction (in my case, chap reaction to lipstick). Doesn't taste very good, however.

I began using this lip balm a couple years ago after struggling with lip eczema. At first the product seemed drying which I think was my body building a tolerance because after a few applications my lips were healing, I was grateful. As time went on I’d randomly feel irritation on my lips and it’d line up with when I was due to get a new tube. The cycle repeated and repeated until I forgot to use it for a couple days in a row due to traveling. My lips turned ANGRY, worse than they’d been before I started this product. When I researched deeper I discovered that our bodies build dependency to this type of stuff (hydrocortisone). When you stop, your body goes through withdrawals. My lips started peeling, cracking, breaking out into little red bumps, it was uncomfortable. I then consulted with a functional medicine doctor who confirmed the withdrawal and also let me know cortisone raises cortisol, so this chapstick applied daily will wreck your skin, stress levels, and hormones. Even after you stop, the withdrawal can last for weeks to months. After a few weeks without it, my lips finally started better and my sleep quality improved because my cortisol was able to decrease. If you choose to use this as a quick fix, so be it, but I’d advise you not to start.

Tried Vaseline before and it didn’t work. Came across this on Amazon and it fixed the eczema on my eyelids overnight.
