Review: Feel like a princess on water...... or a slip and slide if that's how you roll. Fun for cats, or just your own amusement! - For the record let me just say first off, I love silk or satin sheets. Since I've had my own place from the first time I've left home, my sheet of choice has been one or the other of these materials. Reason being is because I like how they feel. Yes they're slippery, so it takes time to get used to sleeping on them without slipping all over the place. Now, sadly, for a while now I've had to deal with cotton sheets. Granted they've been pretty good quality cotton sheets (obviously), but still I don't like how it sticks to my skin. However I live in a pretty cold climate so the static cling is quite intense with cotton. These control the static much better. Not as expensive as some sheet sets I've purchased in the past so that was a huge bonus! WASH THEM FIRST! This is a must step. Do not skip this. Do not assume that it will be fine if you don't. It is full of left over dye. If these aren't to your liking (either you don't like the slipperiness or you just don't like how they feel), and you don't like the roughness of lower quality cotton - check the thread count! Yes, you will be paying more for it, but higher thread count means smoother feel. Anything 250 or higher is generally a better quality cotton. Jersey sheets are just weird feeling and after a few washes don't feel as good as they did the first few times. Review: "I Love IT" FOR THE PRICE OF "I HATE IT" - i bought the black set even with all the complaints of staining. the first thing we did when we got them was to wash them as directed on the back of the packaging. its been a week now and not a single stain anywhere. and they are not as slippery as people say they are sure the comforter doesnt stay on as well as it used to but im not sliding around and falling off the bed. the only complaint i have is the static and making the bed is a little harder than before. No one really mentioned a static issue but im getting zapped all the time now when i get out of bed. and you should see my wifes hair stand up after shes done making the bed. I attempted to make the bed today and smoothing the sheets out resulted in a lightning storm on my bed. For 17 bucks i cant really complain and as some people have stated they get much softer after you wash them. Pros super cheap nice feel after you wash them wont stain if you wash them before you use them nice and cool feeling ads a sexy look to the bed cons static minor slipping of comforter and pillows price out ways the minor cons

Silky smooth and super affordable
I'd always wanted satin sheets, and I was willing to go for manmade materials rather than silk, in favor of my budgetary concerns. These sheets do not disappoint. They don't shrink in the wash and they're color safe (meaning they don't bleed when you wash them, and I always wash sheets on hot so this is a very good thing) and the fitted bottom sheet is generously sized enough that it fits over our mattress and memory foam topper without popping off. Smooth and cool, they're great for warmer climates. I can't give five stars though because the edges have started to fray a bit after about three trips through the washing machine and dryer. The pillows also like to slide off the bed a lot, but that's just the price of luxury. Rumor has it that sleeping on a satin pillowcase lets you wake up in the morning with smooth, tousle-free hair. As a result of personal experience, I cannot claim this is a true fact.

Love Them
I bought these sheets about a month ago, bought them in black. They were so shiny when I pulled them out of the package that I giggled like a little school girl lol. Anyway, I washed them right away, and put them on my bed instantly. Over a month later, there has been no staining of the mattress or my skin. The only thing Ive noticed about these sheets is that I cant wear my rings to bed because they snag the sheets, and come on, big deal. They are perfect and slick and soft on the skin, and perfect for those hot humid nights, yet still enough to keep you warm when its cold (which makes these perfect sheets for March/April time in Maryland when its 80degrees one day and 45 the next). I completely recommended these sheets as they server their purpose and dont cost an arm and a leg. *Update after having these for over a year* I still love these sheets and am back to purchase them in red. I have a few snags in the sheets because of various jewelry and a rambunctious 3year old, but nothing major. Still no staining. I did, like a lot of other people have trouble with the fitted sheet popping off while i slept and attacking my feet. So to remedy the problem I bough (from amazon) these sheet holder things for like 9 bucks and WAH LA! Problem solved. Still very much in love.

A good set of sheets for the price
I have used these sheets for a few weeks so far and I am fairly satisfied with them. There is elastic around the entire sheet for the bed cover, which is nice, but isn't as tight as I wish. I often find that a corner slips off, but it's not difficult to pull it back over. The sheet easily fitted around my full size bed with a 3 inch foam topper so that shouldn't be an issue for anyone. Obviously this more like a pseudo-silk material so if you have rough skin you will feel it snag along the sheets, but it is very soft. The material is cool to the touch at first but heats up quickly. I am not disappointed with the purchase, I would buy it again for the price, but there are a few things that could be improved.

So silky smooth, very slippery, much satin.
So silky, so smooth. my wife has very long hair, and lint is a tangle terrorist. this material is very lint-repellent. it's also very smooth, and cool for sleeping in. the one problem i have with it is that pillows won't stay up. they may as well be finely oiled, because they slide on each other frictionlessly. you can put a pillow on one end of the bed, give it a light push, and it will slide all the way to the other side of the bed. it's like that canadian curling sport with the big stone on the ice. anyway, you can't really sit up in bed on your pillows, but that's the only downfall so far.
