My husband loves this stuff, he takes it anytime he is starting to feel sick and then he is back to normal. I only wish it didnt have added sugar

I use this product for prevention so bugs leave me alone. Once in a while I do start to come down with sniffles start taking it and gone in a couple of days. Love it more than similar products as is thicker and tastes more potent.

I rely on Black Elderberry Syrup to keep my immunity up during the cold and flu season, as well as during any time when a virus strikes. For general immunity, I take a tablespoon a day, during actual bouts of infection, I take a tablespoon 4 times a day. I believe it gets me through an illness faster and with fewer symptoms than without the syrup.
