Just message the seller through Amazon nd they will send new links. Be prepared you can take up to 45 days to get the spare links and communications were not the best. However, I have had my bracelet for almost 2 years now and it's really well made. I have a tendency to break bracelets a lot doing gardening, yard clean up, camping, etc. This one doesn't even show scratches. I've worn it everyday eccept maybe have taken it off 2 or 3 days/times when I wore necklace that didn't match. It's never even fallen off. Once I finally got the larger size it was very worth it.

Very pretty.

I love this bracelet. I have a medium wrist and the bracelet only comes in size 9 which is too big. The instructions for removing links is in very small print and confusing. HOWEVER there are 3 latches so I removed 2 of them and it fits now.
