What motherboard does it use?

I'm not 100% sure if it's standard from unit to unit, but the one I bought has an MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4(MS-7D25) version 1.0. Again, I don't know if that's the standard for this product or if that's the best equivalent with how janky the current market is right now.

How long are the cords for the mouse and keyboard or are they wireless?
