I'm a black guy with persistent ingrown hair bumps, although I use the proper clippers and not a beard trimmer. I also shave gently and do not press down too hard to avoid cutting the hairs too close to the root, as some professional barbers advise. I got this product on March 7, 2026. As instructed, I've been consistently using this product by applying it twice daily all over the affected areas of my face. It's been over 4 weeks now, and please believe me when I tell you that I started seeing results within two weeks of using this product. It's all natural stuff like tea oil, aloe vera & BHA, which comes from willow bark (tree). It has a soothing feeling, smells great, exfoliates, and does not irritate me at all. This product works! I highly recommend it. Wish I could give 10 stars, honestly. :-)

This product has worked wonders for me! I bought this back in March, and wanted to use it before I wrote a review. I epilate, and am very prone to ingrown hairs. This serum stops them dead in their tracks, so to speak. I use it straight after epilating, and for a couple of days after instead of lotion. I have not had an ingrown hair since! I love the gel-like texture, and subtle aloe scent, which evaporates almost immediately. It feels wonderfully refreshing after epilation, and removes epilation bumps almost instantly. To me, it’s worth every cent and lasts a long time, since I only use it every 3 or 4 weeks. It is versatile in its uses - prevents nasty ingrowns, refreshes skin, removes bumps, and for me, has also ‘healed’ previous marks left by stubborn ingrowns that I tried to remove.

This is an excellent product for ingrown. It works overnight and this what I love tue most about it. The razer bumps goes overnight, its easy to use and I find it does not have any scent, which I love.

This stuff is great as a black male with constant ingrown hairs and sensitive skin. but DO NOT use this POST LASER. DO NOT USE IT AFTER HAVING LASER HAIR REMOVAL it will inflame and make your face all fat and it will burn slightly for multiple days. other than that, it's pretty helpful for after shaving normally.

This product is amazing and works really fast. No skin irritation smelling nice and the application going on smooth. Will definitely purchase again.

The product works pure and simple. I put it on twice a day after I shave and in in the evening before retiring. Minimal razor bumps or ingrown hairs. When they do occur they shrink or disappear after application. I also use on my head after shaving. Highly recommend

This little bottle of serum is clearly improving my razor bumps but it has to be used twice a day and is taking ages to clear my skin completely.

This didn’t work. I’ve been using for a few weeks now and seen no improvement with my ingrown hairs on my scalp. Expected better for the price.
