I got this as a gift for my daughter who is too busy to care for any plants and she loved it! This was the one plant she managed to not kill (including multiple succulents). I decided to get one myself, and it is beautiful and low maintenance. I left it on my desk in my office which doesn't have many plants or much sunlight. It's relatively compact but has such beautiful flowers. The plants lived about 90 days. I would definitely get this again.

Very disappointed. The glass came out broken and not eligible for return or refund and on the page it says that is eligible for return. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! 🥵 UPDATE: The seller contacted right away and is sending me a new plant free of charge and without the hazard to have to return the other one. He is very easy to deal with and I will definitely buy from him again. Can’t wait to get this lovely plant.

Although it is very pretty and unique, it wilted after a couple of months. I contacted customer services for instructions on how to remove the wilted plant and keep the live moss, but they never responded to my email or online message system. For the price and services, I wouldn’t buy it again.

The first one I received was clearly dead, but it came with a note saying to email them with any issues. I emailed them with images and they responded right away and apologized. They sent a new one quickly and it arrived alive. It was a bit shaken up so it was sideways in it's terrium. But I was able to shake it back into place and it is alive and thriving. We have two flowers now and it seems to be thriving. It's a small thing that makes me happy to see as I love violets.

This is a stunning gift. I bought this for my mothers 95th birthday because I used to pick violets for her as a child. Unfortunately, the first one died within the first 30 days, so I wrote the company and they replaced it with no questions asked. Wonderful customer service!!! The one that was replaced is the one in the picture. As you can see there are a lot of flowers and buds that are starting to bloom. This is the size of a 8 to 10 oz. coffee mug and I love the ease of no watering. Its all self contained. The color of the violets are a beautiful purple. Its such a unique gift.

I like to support small businesses whenever possible, but in the case of this item that is difficult. Charging $45 for this tiny, sparse terrarium amounts to highway robbery, in my opinion. The terrarium itself is very small (note to self: pay more attention to descriptions in the future), not elegant in any sense of the word, and it’s furnishing not attractive. The plant itself doesn’t appear to be very healthy. I bought this as a gift but would be embarrassed to give it. I hate to write negative reviews, but…. This is an addendum to a previously review I wrote. After I wrote it, I put the terrarium aside, not planning to use it as a gift, but not seeking any recourse from the seller. Several weeks later I received another box from the seller - a larger terrarium, much more in keeping with my original expectations. The note with it stated that ensuring the satisfaction of the buyer was this small company’s top priority. What excellent customer service! Thus this revised review….

Original: When it arrived it was perfectly packaged. I didn't remove the glass dome, didn't disturb it at all, but the next day the entire plant had wilted. Was able to get a refund but this just left me very leery of buying anything of the like again. Updated: the owners sent me a new plant, free of charge and asked me to updated my review. So here it is. The owners are super sweet, so I’m really sorry that this item and I have absolutely no luck. When this second one arrived it was gorgeous! Full of vitality, green, and blooming cutely. I wait a day or so before putting it in my windowsill. Left for work, came back, and it was dead. So my opinion can’t really change. I have no idea why that windowsill and it doesn’t work, but maybe keep the whole thing on a desk? IDK
