I add this to my watering once per week.It makes the stalk and stem of my plants extra strong and THICC. I no longer need support stakes when my plants go into flowering due to the extra rigidity of the stems and stalks. Also an unintended side effect of using silica is that it will help reduce the amount to fungus gnats in your soil due to silica being like glass shards to the gnats, which reduces ALOT of their population.I'd say by about 90%. There's always 2 or 3 but I haven't had HUGE outbreaks like I use to have in the past.Buy this stuff asap, best investment ever.

I didn't measure the stems, but they really seemed to be stronger and thicker after a week or two. I'm fairly convinced it works well.

Great product! I bought this to strengthen a few plants that were growing taller than the plant could support. By the 3rd day of feeding i was so impressed at how strong they got I had to stop feeding them this so they wouldn't get too brittle.
