This is the only regimen that brought my vitamin D3 from below 22 to close to 100. I had to slow down from one a day to avoid going over 100 which could cause toxicity. It’s an amazing product. I take it and take Calcium Citrate with Mg and Zinc from Kirkland every day. My bones are now so strong sawing them according to my surgeon was hard work during joint replacements due to AVN.

This product does what it's supposed to do and does it well. It provides you with a balanced, high dose of vitamin D & Vitamin K. This makes it a very affordable way to get the Vitamin D & K you need to protect your health. I take two a week personally. It's important to take Vitamin K along with Vitamin D, as Vitamin K has a powerful synergistic effect on Vitamin D. It stops calcium accumulating in your blood and arteries, and gets the calcium into your bones, where it's needed. Vitamin D is tremendously important for a strong immune system, perhaps the most important nutrient of all in that regard. It has powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer properties, the list goes on and on. You can do your own research in that regard. Suffice to say, this supplement is an essential part of my daily supplementation to keep my body healthy. Everybody should be getting extra Vitamin D, especially in the winter months, but even all year round is a good idea to help keep your immune system strong and this formulations is one of the better ones on the market.

I took this *almost* daily for three months. I often took it alongside a scoop of Seeking Health magnesium dissolved in kombucha to boost absorption. My levels went from low 20s to low 70s during this time. It works! My levels plummeted on the last two brands I tried so I’m glad this one works. I attribute my decline partly to having to take Tamoxifen for breast cancer - my doctors say it can affect vitamin d levels. , I was taking 10,000 IU of Vitamin D with both previous brands - including K2 - seems like it should have worked. I also have two VDR-taq snps so I have to supplement to be at optimum levels. I also think the added magnesium is helping with absorption. I dissolve one scoop of Seeking Health magnesium malate in some kombucha (it Masks the horrible flavor of the mag) and chug it down with my vitamin d pill. After a year of decline, my levels are finally rising!
