I was absolutely impressed with the product quality, but even more impressed with their customer service, professionalism, ability to be responsive to questions, and see it through to completion and 100 percent customer satisfaction! While installing on the brass thread fitting on the wall internal threaded pipe for the hand shower, I discovered the brass fitting was a 1/4 inch short due to the thickness of the wall…so I would need a longer piece. I reached out to the company via email, and to make a long story short, within 9 days, I was able to receive a customized new brass threaded fitting. I installed it today, and I could be more pleased. I would like to give this company an A+ review…they earned it!!!

Terrible pressure and fixed with buyer replacement shower head......don't waste money
Quality seems ok for install but water pressure is bad. Bought replacement shower head and replacement had good pressure. Wand is terrible. Going to buy replacement for that as well in hopes it'll improve but shouldn't have to replace shower head and wand to get good pressure
