I'm happy with this.
To be fair, I've had it 2 days. So, I will update my review in a month or so.So far, I love it. It's the Chinese version, so it's a whole lot cheaper, but it's still great. It showed up in 2 days, and it was well packaged. However, there seems to be a small crack inside the screen in the top corner. I'm not sure if it came that way, or if I somehow did that, but it's so unnoticeable unless I'm looking at my screen while on and tilted at an angle, like sitting on a table, that it doesn't bother me.When I turned it on, it started out in Chinese, but you have the option to change the language right off the bat. The way I knew that: I pushed one of the options, and it was the language option. As soon as I had it in English, it was like setting up any other phone. The speaker volume, at first, seemed way better than my cheap ZTE Blade Spark. My FB videos were loud enough to hear outside. But watching Hulu, I realized it's not super loud, so I still use my Bluetooth speaker. Still not bad.The images are clear and bright. It doesn't have a setting for adaptive brightness, but it seems to still adapt regardless. Which is cool.I am having issues with sending and receiving images and group texts. I've looked through my MMS settings, and they all seem to be correct, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I'll see if my cellular company can help me figure out my settings issue. So I can't say if it's a phone issue or user issue yet.The camera apparently shoots in jpeg, and most surprisingly, RAW. I'm shocked. I haven't yet had the opportunity to test out this 20 megapixel camera, but I'm excited that there is a manual camera option. There seems to be an option to have two sim cards, as the settings show slot 1 and 2. I don't know why I'd use it, but that might be useful for potential buyers to know. The battery drains kind of fast, but that could be because I just got it, so everything is downloading and updating. Once that all chills out, we shall see. I do love that it is super fast charging. Within 10 minutes, my charge jumped up 30%.All in all, this is a solid phone. I'm super stoked to have made this purchase, and at this price. Like I said, it's only day 2, so I'll update in a few months.

it is great. Snappy
I am probably one of the most critical phone consumer out there. I have recently gone through a stretch where I have owned 8 different phones in a 4 month period. All of them have had one issue or another. I started branching out to the world of international phones as I was just unsatisfied with the mainstream offerings. In comes the HTC Desire 10 pro. First, the design. It is gorgeous. The soft touch back and gold accents! It turns heads and creates conversation. The screen is big and bright and the fingerprint sensor is perfectly positioned on the back of the phone. The performance...it is great. Snappy, no lag, no stuttering and works flawlessly. The software...perfect. HTC sense is incredible. It adds just the right features to stock Android. The customization is also great to have. The only con that I have found is that it is lacking NFC. But, let's be honest, how often do you really use Android pay or other NFC functions?!? Definitely something that I can live without. All in all, 8.5 out of 10 for this phone. Oh, and for $320...you cannot beat it.

I like HTC phone's. Now not happy
I like HTC phone's, I'm disappointed with the charger, it is an European. it doesn't work with American outlet, so they sent me an adapter with doesn't work either. The adapter prongs are to thin. I'm updating my review because the phone getting very hot for no reason. At first I was at the mall when I notice the phone was really hot and I wasn't using it. So the battery dies before I came back home. Then I fully charged. Next day same thing happen, I called Amazon and they told me, the warranty was expired already, they couldn't help me, and they recommend to contact the company. Wich is in China. I learned to do not buy international version phones. So sad.

Great Phone
I have used for a short period of time but my initial impressions are that this is a great phone. HTC software makes transferring data from old phone quite easy and the phone does not come with tons of bloatware pre-installed. Switching between apps is fast and smooth, sound quality is very good, great battery life, everything checks out well.I was previously using a Nexus 5X -- pure android with nothing layered over it. The little bit that HTC puts on is value add -- this is pretty close to pure android with a few improvements.Mine did not come with a US charger, but who does not already have a drawer full of these? One caveat .... apparently some models of this phone ship without NFC and mine is one of them. If NFC is important to you this could be a problem.

Htc desire 10 pro
I got this from veda wings and i am totally satisfied from this seller, the item exceeded my expectation. At first i was a little confused with the phone because it turn on in Chinese, but on my second guessing i pressed the menu on top of the two that appears on the screen and it shows you the option of other languages, after that configuration is very easy. There is an update waiting. Some people don't know what is the difference between international phone and the ones from USA, let me tell you this: international phones comes like new, not sign of companies, not apps installed from phone companies. This specific phone is value for money: four gigas of ram, 64 gigas of memory with the option of one terabyte, good camera (on my opinion), the beauty is subjective...the phone is not ugly!

There's a serious data connectivity issue
I want to love this phone but...I had the M8 one and the sound quality was great, as the speakers were at the front and was overall better quality. That aside, my biggest issue with the phone is the data connectivity issue. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi connection but when I try to use my data it tells me no internet connection. I took the phone to my network provider and there's no problem from there end. It's clearly a software issue.Unfortunately, the window for returning the phone was a week ago. I'm so very disappointed. I felt so good about buying this phone. I read numerous reviews and saw so Many 5 π. I feel really let down by HTC this time.

Almost A Class Act From HTC
The HTC Desire 10i 64GB device was as advertised. It is a brand new factory unlocked-device with all the accessories in a retail box. I guess this variant is meant for Taiwan and Myanmar markets and one really good thing about factory unlocked devices is the lack of network specific bloatware. HTC also got rid of most duplicate applications and the result is very pleasant. The device comes with Sense UI running Android Marshmallow, which is very close to stock system with few appreciable tweaks. But please be aware that it has no warranty and it is your responsibility to check that the device is free of any issues within the return window period. Now let's look at the device itself. It is a very well made, classy device with near impressive specs. The display is very bright and colour reproduction is very pleasant and likeable. The device has a refreshingly unique design language and is very thin but sturdy. I like everything about the device except a few. I would have loved to see HTC put a Qualcomm chip inside it instead of the MediaTek one. That said, MediaTek Helio P10 is no slouch. It is just that I prefer Qualcomm chips. One more omission that bothers me is lack of stereo speakers. The device packs enough punch to cater to my needs. I am not a heavy user but not a light user either. This device is my primary device with a Fido SIM. It is perfect for my needs. The signal is fairly strong (It is not optimal, maybe because it is a variant optimised for Asia) but thankfully I don't face any issues with calls, text messaging or data. The battery is decent, lasts a day with medium usage and 1.5 days with light usage. It has quick charging and charges from 0% -100% in less than 90 minutes. The sound through the mono speaker is fairly loud but pleasant on the ears. Once you plug in your earphones/headphones, it is a completely different story! The music through the headphone jack is pure joy to hear. The device uses the inbuilt DAC of Helio processor to produce very good sound and it is very much evident from what you hear through the 3.5mm jack. I now prefer listening to music through this device rather than through my dedicated music device because I don't spot any quality difference between the two devices. But with my earlier phones, that wasn't the case. This phone is certainly a good media player too. Overall a very decent buy for the price.

Nice phone , no support
The phone generally works great, battery life is good and lots of storage. The only issues I have is with earphones, the BT ones disconnect all the time some of the wired ones can't control the phone. There is no support from HTC they don't bother answering email and one can't find info on the net.

Great
I am pleased with this phone, coming from an HTC M8 user (had it for 3 years). Continues to satify on all levels. Camera is amazing, and screen size / shape is optimal. Battery life could be an improvement, yet it does only take 90 minutes to charge, as advertised. Pretty impressed for what I paid for it.

Bumpy Start, but Product works well in the end.
Took some messing around to get the phone working, but that is largely my fault. The phone comes with 0% battery, and needs to be charged at a wall socket. Trying to do the initial battery charge with a USB to a computer or another device will not work for the first recharge. Once you've done the first charge then you can charge with USB from other devices. In terms of phone sims the phone will only taken nano-sims, not micro-sims which was another problem I ran into, but was eventually fixed with the purchase of a new nano-sim.Product itself is working fine now.
