Side effects & Review of production
Day 1: I’ve taken this for one day only and that very same night I had major diarrhea. After checking side effects this is very common as it has high levels of protein. However my supply has been so low and have been taking liquid gold pills and has not worked. After one day on these, my dripping has come back after the shower which hasn’t happened since the first week of postpartum. On day 1 I went from making .5 oz every pump to a solid 1-1.5oz. I will update again after 1 week.

Didn’t help supply, made me GASSY!
I noticed a boost in my supply the first few days and that’s all. It’s been about a month now and it hasn’t done anything for my supply. If anything, I think it’s done the opposite. The most I get from a pump session is 3.5 ounces: It also caused me and my baby to be extremely gassy.

I think I notice a real difference in my skin after starting these. I take a lot of supplements so it is hard to know for sure, but I feel like my skin and hair have been softer, and it might be helping my stomach too.

did not increase milk supply, made my tummy hurt.
Imagine this: You are 4 months PP. Only producing 20 oz a day and your baby eats 28, so you just need a little boost. You see on tik tok these capsules and all these women doing huge pump and pours, so you go on amazon, and buy some on sale. After 4 days of taking them, you wake up one morning and take your usual dose, 2 capsules. About 45 minutes later, your 4 month old is screaming and you feel a familiar rumble in your tummy. You NEED to use the bathroom. You put him down in the crib, and sprint to the bathroom. What comes out is an unholy spirit. You didn't just poop, your colon shoots out about 3lbs of bright green, hot waste. It feels like your stomach got connected right to your rectum and someone poured boiling clam chowder directly down your throat. Your baby is screaming, you are crying, your 3 cats are walking around staring at you trying to provide moral support. And your supply did not increase a single ounce. This is my story.
