Does this work for fireworks night anxiety?

I haven’t tried it for fireworks yet. But does help with the hair dryer. My jack Russell usually runs from dryer but tolerate it now .

Would a large be suitable for a border collie

I would say yes. We have a 37kg Labrador and the XL fits snuggly over his head and ears. Im thinking your dog would be smaller than a Lab, so a large should be ok.

Hi, it has worked on one dog and not on the other, mind you the one it worked on has severe noise phobia, I used the hoodie, pet remedy and played through a dogs ear, that did the trick for her. Hope you will find help for your dog. Kind regards Ellen
