Just received this product and it says that it contains lead. Not too thrilled with that. I won't be eating this now. How come this isn't listed here?

So I'm Japanese American and I grew up eating this all my life. I have done sports, have never had any disease, nothing. I am a combat veteran, have 2 PhDs in STEM field and I am a very healthy, not fat at all, 5'7" 117 pound, with 12% body fat, 45 year old woman going 46. I have no idea why the hell you guys are worried about this lead thing. seriously.

Is this product made in Japan, USA or China?

it is made in china. these letters are japanese on it, but it is not japanese product.

Why is this 10.99 when it is 3.99 in stores?

It’s a specialty product that Amazon doesn’t offer or it would be a lot cheaper since they buy in huge quantities. 3rd party sellers don’t have this advantage. Buy things like this in the store if you wish to save money.

Does this give food a fish flavor?

It does have a mild "sea" smell and flavor, but it is not over-powering.

Perfect Balance of Salty, Crunchy, and Subtle Sweet

I started buying this Nori Fume Furikake to perk up everyday foods, and it has become one of my go‑to seasonings. It gives just the right mix of a little salt, a little crunch, and a very subtle hint of sweetness at the end—just enough to balance the flavors. I put it on everything: salads, canned chickpeas, cottage cheese, you name it. It turns otherwise plain, straight‑from‑the‑fridge or straight‑from‑the‑cabinet foods into something much more interesting. I’d love to say I’m sprinkling it over homemade sushi or a perfectly seared crying tiger steak, but the truth is I’m using it on regular everyday meals.
