TESTED - minimum achievable temperature is 52°F
Tested with a calibrated temperature probe and an accurate glass thermometer. When set to the lowest setting on the device, 2°C, the actual minimum temperature achieved was 52°F. The device was however, able to maintain that as a stable temperature fairly well. I tested this in a climate controlled house with an ambient temperature of ~74°F. I am not sure how it would perform in hot environments, not great I imagine. Bottom line: I use this to hold 2 Humira pens, which is the maximum that it will hold, and these are my "in use" doses. Some medications like Humira that must be refrigerated can be kept at room temperature ~72° for up to 14 days but MUST be USED OR DISCARDED within that time frame. Since this cooler will NOT keep the pens below 46°F (Humira must be stored between 36-46°F) it is ONLY suitable for keeping them at "room temperature." Meaning if I am on a road trip I can use this cooler to ensure my next dose does not get ABOVE room temperature and ruin my dose, but that also means that since the cooler does NOT keep the pens at storage temperatures, I can only keep a dose in the cooler for up to 14 days, which for me is 2 doses.Basically, do NOT put your meds in here and assume it is being properly refrigerated at the advertised or device claimed 2-8°C (36-46°F) ASSUME IT IS KEEPING YOUR MEDS AROUND ROOM TEMPERATURE AND THIS COOLER IS ONLY GOOD FOR PREVENTING YOUR IN USE DOSE FROM GETTING ABOVE ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Company refuses to pay for returning their defective medicine refrigerator
This is the second refrigerator I ordered from them. The internal portion of the plug of the first refrigerator broke after a year so I threw it out. I ordered a second refrigerator and was happy to see the plug was redesigned however it stopped working over 30 days later. The company asked me to send it back to them at my expense ( $25). They repaired it and sent it back. Seems to be working fine now.

It looks like it's a knockoff
When I got it I knownotice that the product look really cheap and bad assembled. Defenitly not from an original brand. It turns off constantly by itself, unless is concocted to charger. The seller has to approved my return before I can get my refund. I never had a product from amazon that looks this cheap

does not include a battery or say what size it needs to run without power
This product does not include a battery. It describes the use of a battery but doesn't say what size of batter to buy to make it work without power.
