kefit Dog Crate Cover 48 inch, Kennel Cover for Dog Cage, Navy Blue

We have a big dog crate and I've been using a blanket to cover. The dog doesn't like fireworks and has totally managed to pull pieces of the blanket into her crate when in a fit. This fits tight & snug as long as we have the bottom bungee's hooked so she can't grab the edges. Those who complained of thier animals damaging it; musn't have had the correct fit. I did try to use this on a smaller size crate when we were traveling and I see how animals would be able to pull and damage it. The little window is nice because we were able to hang a fan inside the crate and use the window to extend the cords so they are away from the dog and the fan pulls the outside air in at night. We do zip-shut at night to keep it darker; and she stays quiet. This is outdoors and so far doing the job. We don't have it in a rain area so we can't speak to how waterproof it would be. Right now it's summer and we are more concerned with keeping cool. The dog is content, kennels right up and seems to sleep well.

This cover fits the metal crate perfectly. My pup stays warm inside and she really enjoys the added security of having “walls”. The zippers are perfectly placed for the crate’s design. I can unzip each side where there is a door, and leave it open or arrange it so that it is half open. The cover has attachments at the bottom of each corner too, so the cover stays secure on the crate. There is also a tiny “window” that can be open or closed for air flow. Overall, this product exceeds my expectations and I would definitely recommend it, especially if your pup prefers to sleep in a crate outdoors, like mine.

Fits my 36" crate with a little slack (which I prefer). I was covering the crate with tarps that made it hard to go around the corners; so this one piece is much nicer. Only time will tell how durable it is but I like the concept.There are some small issues:(1) other people said there is no way to secure at the bottom. There are elastic straps to loop through a cage BUT they are in weird places & don't match up to wires on mine. I got a sliding door cage that must be made a bit different. Wish it was a little longer so I could fold under the cage bottom.(2) The small 'window' on the end does not have a way to secure it when it's down. It blows in the wind which means rain will get in if it's raining & windy. I put stick-on velcro to hold it down.(3) It would be nice to have an option to roll up the side only part-way. I may put stick-on velcro to do that also.I am using the cage & cover for housing an indoor/outdoor cat; so, my needs are a bit different than most people. Not sure it will be rain proof during heavy rains but water does bead up on it when it sprinkles.

I bought this because our puppy kept pulling all the blankets inside the kennel that we covered her with. This is a much better solution. Looks a lot neater than the blankets and Doesn’t absorb doggie odor and zips down so I can limit distractions when I need quiet time. lol. Very pleased. I love the little window too.It’s durable. However she did chew off the little “tabs” that attach it to the kennel. We don’t need those though, nothing is gonna blow the cover off. :) She also got a small tear. But since it’s no longer attached to the kennel she can’t tear any more of it up.

These are the perfect cover for my bogs kennel. They’re easy to put on and secure. They’re very good martial and keep the kennels dry during the rain. They look great and clean. They’re easy to rinse off if anything fallas on them.

I'm in a sticky situation in which I have to foster my mom's dog since she moved out of the country and the shelter where I live is not taking surrenders. The problem is I live in the basement of a family member's house and there's no space for him to come inside. There was a day in January in which it was going to snow and I wanted him to stay warm and not get wet. I bought this for his cage at the very last minute, and not only did it come overnight, but it worked so well and it fit his cage perfectly. He didn't get wet and he was cozy while covered up in his blankets. He didn't whine or bark at all. And ever since I got it, it has been protecting him from rain as well.

I ordered the 48 inch and it fit a little loose, so I appreciate that it’s not a tight fit and easing to zip up and put on the kennel. It’s very lightweight and comes with a little bag for easy storage. The material is also good for keeping off moisture ect. I’m disappointed thought. We’ve had this for about 5 days, and the back zipper is already broken, and the material is apparently pretty easy to rip.
