This thing is great. I have used it on my upper back, lower back, and knees when needed. It does the trick. You just need to figure out which setting works the best for your pain. Surprisingly, the batteries last a good, long while.

This little device has been a life saver! After hearing about it from a co-worker, I decided to give it a try and WOW! It really helps and I just put the device into my pocket. I can wear it to work and use it all day. I just tuck the cords into my pocket with the device. I use it for my lower back pain and for my hip tightness. It helps alot!!!

The only issue I have with it is that the wire keeps breaking after a while and then you have to replace the whole thing!

Read directions, place it where needed on the body and press the go button. Relief is significant though not a total healer to make a complete healing. It’s like taking aspirin and it has a period of time to be an effective pain reliever and then you take aspirin again. I do like it and it works well. Actually bought a second one for the wife.

It works as well as the one my PT uses. This is a simple to use, incredibly effective unit. I highly recommend it. The pads are wonderfully easy to reuse. The settings are very easy to understand and offer a variety of modes/patterns and intensities. A great value for the price.

How do I adjust the time? This seems incomplete.

I have a more expensive Tens from the same brand, but it lacks my two favorite settings which are only available on this smaller, less effective model. Better, and less expensive? 🙌🏻The unit is small enough to tuck into a pocket so it can go with me when I run errands.
