Great heating pad with nice features
update: My heating pad stopped working in 5 months. I was thinking that they are also like other companies who will ask me to ship this product to them but they didn't. All i had to do was fill the form available on the website and they delivered a new heating pad at my home within 6 days. very very Great service. Very good customer support and very nice company. Heat level is very accurate not too high and not too low and also it has 3 levels of heating . I usually use it at level 2. It's been one month since I got it and it's working very fine, many time I have used it for very long time and it didn't disappoint.

VERY WONDERFUL PRODUCT
Nice and wonderful Orthopedic Electrical Heating pad. Very convenient to add in your luggage while travelling The length of the Electrical cord is very good enough to plug and laydown in the bed and relax with warm heating. Also you can increase or decrease heat with the small controller provided near to the heating pad while laydown. Very much worth for the money spend to buy it. Recommend to anyone who want to relax with the warm heat on your back, thighs, hip etc.

Received used product with hairs, and scratched logo
The box was visibly opened before, the product had hairs,, and looked like it had been used for a long time, even the logo was scratched and was not visible to read. it was disgusting.
