Is this belt good for CrossFit workouts?

Yes—neoprene comfort plus quick auto-lock tightening makes it ideal for heavy lifts and fast WOD transitions.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around your waist at belly-button level and match the chart. If you’re between sizes, size up.

Will the belt loosen during my sets?

The self-locking steel buckle and hook-and-loop strap are built to stay tight through reps and release only when you open it.

What exercises should I use it for?

Squats, deadlifts, heavy rows, overhead presses, and any movement that stresses your lower back and needs a strong brace.

How do I clean the belt?

Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Avoid machine washing and high heat to protect the neoprene and stitching.
