Excellent Customer Service
I bought this for my 3 year old Grandson. I also hesitated buying because of less than rave reviews. I must say one of the speed controllers failed after a short period. I called the Customer Service number and needed to leave a message. I promptly received a return call, and was told a new controller would be sent. I received it within a week. The speed controllers work great, and the cars stay on the rack at full speed. My Grandson loves the Disney cars. Very good product, great price.

Great Toy!!
I was very concerned about buying this toy. My 5 year old being very obsessed with Super Mario saw this same one at Marshall's and I looked at it and noticed that it was very cheap looking and poorly made little cars. I looked it up here and thought twice about it until I finally I decided to buy it. Fast forward to Christmas day, my 5 year old was thrilled and set up was very simple however we had trouble getting the cars to drive correctly. They were always fly off the raceway. After a few minutes of trying to make them work I figured out that the little pieces on the bottom of the cars need to be bent inwards. After that they worked very well. The cars go very fast. My 5 year old absolutely loves it.
