Easy to use and very strong gut. Length are fantastic

I used the packaged ones you can get at sporting goods stores and I used casings that I got from a grocery store. The grocery store casings were better but when I used these well they were so much better. Got nice and soft, went on easily and made sausage making so much easier. They all worked more or less once you got them on the tube but these went on much more easily and the ones that come from a sporting goods store in a bag well they do not work well and they do not look right. They are also tougher. I think that most others advice is that these are the best you can get so I think it is worth spending a bit more for these but the results are much better and you will be done faster than ever before. They go on easier and they do not puncture as easily either.

Purchased several times. Consistent product. Long lengths. I'm not experiencing blowouts. I would recommend.

Honestly, I struggled with the rating of "flavor" and "scent". LOL These are natural hog sausage casings, but what I will tell you is that they are all they were cracked up to be. If you are making your own sausage, these are the casings you want. Natural, flexible, real pork casings, just like your Grandma used. The real deal. Accept no substitutes.

Best casings I've bought so far from many different brands. Nice long length to each piece and out of the entire hank I found 2 small holes that we were able to work around. Probably one of the best things about these is that thanks to being brined, that offensive offal smell typical in salt packed casings is almost completely absent and goes completely away after soaking and rinsing. Between pepperoni, hot dogs, brats, italian sausage, andouille, and polish sausage we stuffed over 60lbs of meat this past weekend without a single blowout from linking or tying...these casings are sturdy enough to handle even my ham handedness. These will absolutely be our gotos from now on.

Made for the best Italian sausage but is a tad large for breakfast links. Will 10000% use this company again
