Yes. It comes pre tempered. Just needs heated and can be used to paint by hand into molds or airbrush yes.

Yes this does contain titanium dioxide

Can this be used in white chocolate to make it brighter white (since white chocolate is a bit yellowish)

The best way is to “paint” your chocolate mold with this to maintain its bight effect. Then fill with the white chocolate. Mixing it in to the chocolate won’t be as effective. I’ve have also mixed it with candy colors.

Difficult to melt

This product is Inside a small bottle with a little spout. It is completely solid and very difficult to melt right inside the bottle. I am afraid that the plastic bottle might melt if I put it in the microwave or in boiling water.
