My grandmother was from England, and Yorkshire pudding was always a family favorite. After she passed, her Yorkshire pans disappeared, and I’ve been looking for a good replacement ever since. I was so excited to find this one! The quality is excellent—heavy carbon steel that feels sturdy and durable. The nonstick coating works beautifully, and the pan cleans up easily without any rusting issues. It has a nice appearance too, with a sleek finish that still looks great after several uses. The size is perfect for making smaller, individual Yorkshires, just the way I like them. For the price, this pan is a fantastic value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to make authentic Yorkshire pudding at home!

I used this pan to make muffin tops and it worked out perfectly. I will try drop cookies next, I want a uniform size cookie that the edges don't spread out and end up breaking. The pan will be used for Yorkshire puddings too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Was not impressed with the shallow pan at all. I felt like it cooked way too fast and my Yorkshire puddings went everywhere. I’m sure it was something I did wrong but probably will not use this pan again and will continue to use my muffin or popover pans.

This arrived on time and exactly as described. I wasn't sure that it was really going to do the job as I had never made yorkshire pudding before and wasn't familiar with the process. But this pan delivers. I also found that it is perfect for making Mary Berry's goat cheese and onion tarts.

I had been struggling to make Yorkshire puddings using a muffin tin, which would result in yorkshires that looked like cakes and were burnt on the bottom. Using this tin and following Mary Berry’s Yorkshire recipe I was finally able to make light, crispy, and delicious Yorkshire puddings!

The end result is an excellent Yorkshire pud. But, the pan being shallow is difficult to pick up, and this leads to spills.

First time purchasing a Yorkshire pudding tin and am very happy with it. The puddings turned out perfectly done. The family was pleased and so was I. Sturdy, functional, heats evenly, cleans well in the dishwasher. This was my first time making Yorkshire puddings at Christmas, wanting to incorporate my English/Welsh heritage into our holiday celebration. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great quality but a bit too shallow for Yorkshire puddings. Perfect for things like Mince Pies though!

Was dubious as the cups were so shallow but it produced the best Yorkshire puddings I’ve ever made. They were a good size and rose perfectly. Zero sticking to the tray either. They get that big they push each other out of their cups on the tray.

Great product tray very solid makes great Yorkshire puddings easy to use, Yorkshires do not stick, stands high heat, the price is good value unlike a lot of trays which don't last long,, this one should last for years, also cleans easily in sink with hot water and washing up liquid

This tin is solid cooks yorkshire pudding evenly they rise Great too. A bit pricey but worth it.

Lightweight & almost flat - not shallow. Unsure any Yorkshire pudding mix would fit in once oil has heated up.
