Ordered these to match older set, had them fewer than 48 hours before one of the glasses started chipping. Customer service was extremely responsive about helping me either replace it or receive a partial refund. Great company.

We absolutely love the look and sturdiness of these cups. Cute circle pattern. The opening is perfectly sized for my iced coffee drinks. We get compliments on them often. I’m buying a relative a set as he kept complementing on them I thought he was going to steal mine.

I wanted new glasses for our holiday meal. These are really nice looking, feel good to hold and are a good weight. I’m glad I purchased them.

This glassware is beautiful and sturdy at the same time. The two sizes are perfect for us and they are easy to hold on to.

This is my third set of these glasses in 20 years. They are easy to hold, easy care, don’t stain, scratch, or lose their brilliance. They are a beautiful set and will match any Decour. My only complaint is that the shipping box from the manufacturer is very, very thin and not suitable to ship these glasses. Especially when your delivery guy walks up to the door and drops it, which they do. Absolutely no fault of the seller and they did a very good job of refunding me instantly when my box arrived with one broken glass. Things happen. It’s how the seller handles these things that makes them so good. Will definitely buy from them again .

So, reading the product details at the time that I did, it listed the "material" as 16pc set or something along the lines and made no mention of whether or not the product was glass or plastic. Reading the reviews didn't give me a lot of confidence either -- something about them -- they seemed like shill reviews -- but maybe that's my natural skepticism. I've been burned by pictures before that displayed a product that was made to "look like glass" and was very skeptical of the product description, but the shipment weight somewhat eased my mind. Yes, they are, in fact, glass.And they're thick glass. Frankly, I'm surprised at the quality of these products. They're *way* over what I expected. They're thick, somewhat heavy, large, and look really nice. The pictures, which I thought were fine, don't fully do the product justice. I haven't found a set of 16 glasses this large and durable anywhere near this price.They don't stack very well (putting the smaller glasses together, the bottom fits about one inch into the other glass). And yeah, one of the questions pointed out that it's bad to stack glasses. Honestly, at this price, do I really care about damaging them?
