The directions out of the packaging were not very clear including the dark, undecipherable images. I did find some more clear directions with images on the product's page on Amazon. After watching a video and installing the first side, it was easy to install the second bar. All my friends love the clean, but adventurous look these step bars give my 4Runner. My vertically challenged friends have all committed how much easier it is to get in my SUV. Good product. Would recommend.

Wow! I have a new 2021 black nightshade 4 runner, and for some reason, even with it being the most expensive one Toyota sells, they come without running boards. I’m so glad it did though because it led me to these. They really look great and we’re easy to install myself. Took a little patience to get all screws lined up but that was simply because I was doing it alone without someone to help hold the rails. Called customer service as well just to verify a question and that was a great experience as well. 5 stars all around.

2013 sr5. Factory rockers, so install isn’t just bolt on and go easy. I had to tuck the step brackets UNDER the existing bracket that held on the rocker panels. I was still able to get all 5 bolts on but it took time and lots of cussing. I’d recommend two people to help push and pull to line up the holes to bolt on. I did this alone and 5mos pregnant so if i can do it, you can boss.

Good quality product. Went on 2019 4 Runner Limited with no issues.

Shipped quickly. Couple paint chips from shipping, just sprayed some paint on there. No big deal. Was conflicted about ordering since description says fits a limited, but a review said it did not fit their limited. They must have been sent the other model with shorter brackets. I saw this was prime so if they didn’t fit, I didn’t pay the shipping back. Took about an hour total for install, but that was mostly rounding up tools. Remove 6 bolts, slide tabs of step bracket behind bracket for body moulding, use included hardware to replace the 6 bolts. Very easy. Great alternative to the $650 plus wanted at the dealership for predator side steps.

Rusty mess after a year. Be prepared to refinish.

Bought these for my 2021 4 runner Limited nightshade edition. These fit perfectly and gave my limited a nice detail. Highly recommend!

The steps are nice quality products, but they were supposed to fit our 2020 4Runner Limited perfectly and they don’t. I have posted a picture of my stock step in the picture of the new step and you can see why they don’t fit properly. The front bracket on the step should be different. I’m only able to bolt on one of the front bolts. One of the steps were also a little banged up from shipping, but that’s not a big deal. I cannot figure out how to contact Nfab about fixing this problem. Please help!
