Question 2

Can you verify the rated voltage on this? The product page lists out 100-240v but the actual box and item only say 125v. Please verify.

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your interest in WRXDMC.
This 2 prong power strip can work normally when inserted between 100V-240V (indicated in the manual). Because this product is used in the United States, the product and packaging are printed as 125V (that is, the voltage used in the United States). If you use a voltage between 100V-240V. It can also work normally.

Question 3

How does surge protection on this work without a ground prong? Surge protectors filter out voltage spikes to ground right?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your interest in WRXDMC.
The surge protection of this 2 prong power strip does not need a grounding prong. Because the voltage sensitive resistor used for surge protection is connected between the zero line of the live line, the surge directly acts between the live line and the zero line, without grounding prong.

Question 4

Description says 2-prong " features a space-saving angled flat plug"; photo doesn't show flat. Which is right?

Accepted Answer

Great job reading the description! I just went and looked at the piece and it is pictured as is. The only feature I can think of that might be what the description refers to is when turning the piece over, there are two indentations for mounting on a wall. Does this make sense? I don't know the name of the hardware, but those two spots would need to have hardware placed at exactly the same measurement as the piece. Hope this helps. I was focused on "angle" but I think the angle is placing flush against the wall rather than have the piece on the floor or other surface.
