Counting Peg Board - Montessori Math and Numbers for Kids - Wooden Math Manipulatives Materials

Ok, this is a super expensive toy, but I am so happy with it the quality, durability, educational value, and fun! My toddler is 2 and she is able to focus and do ever single one of these. Now if she could just learn to clean up… anyway, I think this is an awesome Montessori educational toy and I’m so pleased with it.

Kiddos love it! Very sturdy and is worth every penny! Works on fine motor and counting skills! Younger kiddos use to to help build patience!

Fun and educational

Impressed with packaging, quality and overall usability of this learning tool! All smooth wood edges, nothing grainy or dangerous to touch.

I looked for quite a while for a counting peg board here and finally bought this one. I'm so happy I did! The craftsmanship is outstanding. All of the holes for the pegs are perfectly drilled and smooth to the touch. The pegs that came with it are small enough for little hands, but not so small I worry about them being unsafe. What really sets this set apart from others for me is that the purple numbers are easy to read and contrast nicely with the natural wood; and I like that the wooden number cards are all the same size (some of the other sets I considered had bigger cards for bigger numbers). The cards all store nicely in a wooden tray and the pegs in a canvas bag (both included). My kids immediately took to this set and started filling in the pegs. They also enjoyed lining up the numbers from 1-10 and moving back and forth along the number line (another reason I like them being the same size). I highly recommend this set to those looking for a Montessori counting peg board.

I bought this as a "special game" for my 3yr to continue practicing numbers. I love that it allows number practice and motor skill practice simultaneously. As an educator myself, I can be really picky about educational toys. This one has many uses and will continue to be useful as my child grows into school aged as well. The word is sturdy, colors are vibrant, and it is well made.

Love this toy. 10/10 no notes. It’s well made and has held up for over two years. The pegs have ensured a good amount of tossing and are holding up well. Amazing educational value. Would highly recommend for little hands and minds.

Item arrived with a broken storage box and rough edge. Disappointed in the quality for the price.
