I was very skeptical about buying this sweet potato pancake, but I am so happy I did!! The taste of this pancake is exceptional - even my boys love it!! You can even put less syrup on it. It taste that good!! I highly recommend this brand!!

I was so loyal to Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake mix for a long time and was totally heartbroken when I could no longer buy the mix anymore. Never really got a reason for them to discontinue making it but then I foundthe Sweet Potato Pancake Mix by Krusteaz. I've never looked back and my family and I love the smell of the pancakes cooking on the griddle and the taste is fabulous. They are healthier then buttermilk pancakes and for me, I eat them without any syrup. They are naturally sweet and taste just like the very best baked sweet potato.

Very easy, just add water. Food service box and directions. ( I use ratio of 1 cup mix to 1/2 cup water). Flavor was more sugar sweet than sweet potato.

Disgusting, plain and simple the best word to describe it. Product looked like it came out of a hoarder's house damaged box taped up with oil soaked into the cardboard. Expiration date is 02/23.
