Dane 64 GB USB Flash Drives, Black/Red (DA-Z64GCAN6-R)

This will be a great addition to my mac air- which has an ssd. Who can't use more storage? I am thrilled that the prices on flash memory is starting to drop even further. 64 gigs is a not of space. As a photographer that shoot raw 24 meg files I expect to be filling these babies up. I believe I can also take all my other flash drives and combine them onto this one. No more looking for "that drive"

Although I had originally bought one of these, it worked quite well until i accidentally destroyed it. I ordered another and the second one was disappointing because it would not work on the usb ports on my Samsung lcd tv. I sent it back and am going to Staples to buy another one.

Flash drivers keep on getting better value for more storage. This is perfect for hard drive backup, storage of important files and documents, music, photos, and videos. It's the third Dane flash drive that I've purchased, and most likely, not the last. They all provide reliable, affordable and convenient storage.

Bought one of these to get photo files to a client, and right out of the box it was corrupted and didn't work. I've tried re-formatting it on both Windows and OS X, and at this point neither computer will even recognize the device. When I originally tried to even add files, it went so slow, wanting to take 4 hours for 5GB of data. It never even finished because the flash drive was already corrupted before any files got written, so I've had it for a week and never been able to even put data on it. This is actually the worst flash drive I've ever had the misfortune to try (I can't even say use because it didn't function from the very beginning).

Beware that the end plastic section that has the hole in it will separate from the red section after a while. That is what has happened to prior ones.

I got this drive on sale for $25. The drive works just fine. It reads and writes pretty fast. It works exactly the way I need for what I need it for. No complaints here. Satisfied customer. My only complaint would be that sometimes the plug gets exposed it should be covered by the plastic shroud.

This little gadget does everything it needs to do, and it's tiny, which I love. You can load a LOT of stuff on it.
