Cute but also functional electric grill
What a wonderful little grill! This was easy to assemble and worked perfectly. I especially like that the grill surface has both a flat and raised grilling area. This makes it more versatile for grilling different types of food. I plan to use this often. It was easy to clean, as well. I have used charcoal and gas grills before and was initially hesitant to use an electric grill, but after using it, I am a convert.

Great value, works better than expected
We love this grill. It’s small enough for our balcony but big enough to cook burgers, hot dogs & steak at the same time. Easy to use, easy to clean and one feature it has that many other brands are missing is the extra tray below … it helps to hold hot pads, grill utensils, beer, etc. My husband has a great time with it! And it heats up quickly & to a nice hot temperature

A loaded directions are not difficult. You need to make sure you follow the parts.
I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks like it should be nice. I put it together and that’s it.

I haven’t used it yet, but fits perfect on my small balcony. Easy to assemble and It’s sturdy.

Customer service is non-existent
My own fault. I left this appliance outside in a rainstorm. Faulted the electric components. I asked if there was a way for me to purchase new parts without tossing everything. I did not want to trash perfectly good housing and send it to a landfill. I got a response asking me to send photos for a refund. I did not want a refund. I wanted to pay for some new parts. No other response came. I was ignored and I'm sitting with an ugly plant stand....

Based on first impressions, I love it
I haven't begun cooking on it yet, but so far, I'm very happy with this purchase. It was extremely easy to put together, and the instructions were clear. It's lightweight, but also feels durable. I turned it on and it began to get very hot, and it felt as if the heat was evenly distributed (I'll find out if it's true once I put food on it). It also doesn't take up a lot of space, which is a plus!

Exactly what I wanted!
Love the size, lots of room for a meal for two to four, heats quickly , we are not allowed gas bbqs at our apartment building so this is perfect!
