Don't buy this unless you are desperate and want to spend hours trying to work it!
So far absolutely hating this machine. I had chosen it due to the ability to have the old machine removed, the new one unpacked and installed and the packaging taken away. Essential to me as I am currently immobile. The first hurdle was being told my payment wasn't valid, which was absolutely wrong and had to use another card, only for the installation. After having to cancel the whole order and starting again I was then told there was no installation available in my area, so it wasn't my card that was the issue, it was the lack of service. I should have moved along then. However, I stupidly kept going. I got the machine, no proper delivery time agreed so stuck in my house with people waiting to help when it came. Next problem is the app. Which when downloaded doesn't seem to want to 'talk' to the machine. Without it, it is hopeless to try and get it to work. The one touch button is a laugh. There was no paperwork included so can only assume I have to chase it down online. As this was by no means the cheapest option I feel it is vastly overpriced and I still have to achieve getting a single drying load done. If I hadn't already got the darn thing installed I would be sending it back. Definitely would not ever recommend to anyone. Three different people have come in to see if they can get it working correctly and still no joy! Expensive ornament currently.

Fast drying
Replacing what has being a very simple 6kg dryer From Beko we have had a number of years and found it sooo simple to use .. ...but this one has a digital display and we were on cusp of returning due to over complicated progs etc . but on asking a friend the best option .. was told to use one touch , so we did and WOW What a difference in drying time .. it is so fast .. we getting use to using this now and if you have one might be best to persist till you find best setting to suit your needs .. one star knocked just for being a bit complicated .. but drying time and drum size 10kg is FAB ... welcome to the digital age .. also i must add was getting hard to find a vented one seems they are being phased out ! but this one is spot on . and good price point ..

Love the colour.
Great machine easy to use. You don’t need to have the app. Very quiet and quick drying. Great value for money, as bought a similar one 8 years ago for the same amount.

Great for large loads
This is a BIG size tumble dryer, takes a huge load very easily. Has a smart sensor so it knows when it's dry which helps with the bills. Looks good too.Easy to clean.Good price.

Good for price
Only had this a few days & so far it works well. A bit noisy, so I wouldn't recommend for a small house/flat. Mostly dries well but have had to put on for a bit longer a couple of times as a couple of items were still damp. For price, pretty ok!

It can’t dry duvet covers. Or anything big
So, I’ve been a homeowner for long enough to go through a few tumble dryers and this is without doubt the worst one I’ve ever owned. There are 2 main problems: 1) it is completely incapable of drying anything big, especially duvet covers. What happens is it just coils it up into the tightest ball imaginable so that the inside is still soaking wet. Then repeats the coiling each time you uncoil it so it takes multiple goes and much more electricity consumption to dry the duvet covers. I have tried all the settings, including the ones allegedly for “larger items” - nothing works to avoid the duvet covers & sheets getting balled up. I mentioned settings - this brings me on to problem number 2: 2) It’s trying to be too clever, and failing to dry things adequately in the process. There are numerous settings for different fabric types, and four levels of ‘dryness’ and heat that can in theory be chosen however, some settings pre-select the dryness setting and heat setting for you and then they can’t be changed - the result is, the thing you wanted fully drying is instead ‘ironing dry’ (still damp) or ‘wardrobe dry’ (still damp, but maybe not really damp) and rarely fully dry on the first go. All in all, it’s ruining it’s eco credentials by requiring more drying to be done because it’s trying to think for the human and just can’t do it, resulting in multiple drying cycles being required just for one load. I strongly recommend you avoid this dryer at all costs. All a dryer needs is a manual heat setting and a manual timer. Nothing else (apart from a reversing mechanism to prevent duvet covers from coiling up into tight balls). Manufacturers take note.
