The product has spoiled.
There's a spoiled smell when I received the packages. I can't return them. bought four packs. I don't know what to do.

Moist and with mold
While the package itself was sealed well and they were dried herbs (Dang Gui) it was not fully dry. It was flexible, not crisp and hard, and had moisture to it with a few hairy moldy spots. Disappointed. I usually go with another brand but thought I would try this one.
