These Jalepeno bits are perfect and bring some heat. I added to some Green Chili that wasn’t quite hot enough for me and they brought the spice the green chili needed.

Used these in deer salami 4oz for 25 lbs of meat gave it a great spice. I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely buy again.

I made some beef snack sticks with these and cheddar cubes. I was pleasantly surprised at how "jalapeno-y" these flakes tasted once they rehydrated in the beef sticks. Really nice taste!

WOW , This stuff packs a PUNCH ! If you've ever used crushed red pepper flakes in your cooking you know how they can bring the heat. Well ,I gotta tell you these burn the house down. When I received the package , I opened it , got a wide funnel and started filling previous used bottles ie. dried parsley , minced onion etc. Wear a mask. There is some dust, got in my nose while filling the jars , and couldn't stop sneezing for what seemed like forever. That being said , this will last a lifetime. Made some home made refried beans and enchilada sauce , added maybe a teaspoon of the jalapeno flakes to each ................... almost overkill. It really brings the heat. Advice , add a little at a time. Oh one last thing................... even with the bag unopened , smelled like pot! LOL
