Drum has beautiful deep sound, all tongues resonate properly and the quality is fine. I have played in upon arrival for at least an hour and couldn't be happier with the sound quality as well as the drum's looks. I am extremely glad I chose this one. The sound carries well so it can be played outside for an audience or just for myself. It is very soothing to listen to and it will not sit idle! My only complaint is the carry case, which is also nice, has one zipper that appears to be totally stuck in place so I cannot open it up all the way to place the drum in and take it out. However, there is enough room to slide it in and use just the one zipper but of course it would be better with two working ones. Would recommend this drum wholeheartedly for its pleasing melodious sound quality.

It was a great gift. My son is 35. He likes it. He’s a musician so he got a kick out of it. It sounds so good. It’s bigger than I thought.

The tone of the sounds this tongue drum makes are ethereal! I read it has been traced back to ancient civilizations! The quality is excellent and it is ever so easy to play tunes! It's true that it is hard to make bad sounding melodies and so simple to make beautiful sounds! calming and soothing to play and to hear!

Rain drums are a must have. The amount of "loud" "noisy" and "overwhelming" kid toys out there that you wish the batteries would die or the you would "break" or "disappear".... this js definitely not one of these. The random banging on the drum doesn't cause terrible sounds. It doesn't make your head ache or your nerves shot. It's calm. It's peaceful. And it draws in the attention of your children and even your spouse who could sit and just play. It comes with a songbook, too, which is so fun for my oldest. These are the perfect size, too. Perfect for on the go, lounging around or just occupying time.

This thing is super fun to play around with, and the sound is magical. I'm so glad I bought it. Took one star off because the included song book is not accurate on all the songs. At least one song had the wrong notes listed, but I was able to figure out how to play that song myself. Also, half the songs were not familiar to me. But besides that, it's a great little instrument!

Beautiful tone! Very relaxing even for my dog. I use it during quiet times and it’s fun to create my own sequence of tones. Great value, and good quality!

Beautiful instrument! We purchased this for our 2-year-old granddaughter and, on Christmas Day, this was the very first gift she went to! She, immediately, began playing it with two mallets and the loveliest sounds were produced! By the end of the day, ALL the adult family members had played on it, as well. It comes beautifully packaged and the quality is very good - the purple is true to the photo. VERY pleased with this purchase and a great price, too!!

Lekato 6 inch 11 sound steel tongue drum is good value, the high sounds are very polished and nice, I received finger picks and 3 rubber mallets and a bag for the steel tongue drum and also a song book! I'm very happy with my purchase and this small very beautiful steel drum will make a nice table top activity for me with very amazing sounds! I'm soo greatful and thankful for this product that brings me huge amazement, joy, satisfaction, exercise, muscle coordination control, mindful focus and stress relief via having something great to appreciate! The effort put into this instrument is very professional with the attractive paint and rubber protective rim the sound tuning is nice also with plenty of vibrant tones with every soft hit on the tongues!

Le son est incroyable. C'est assez facile de jouer. Il y a trois mailloches, un mini livre. C'est tellement amusant et jouer est un plaisir.

Me gustó mucho, es de buena calidad pero dado su tamaño es un poco agudo, así que funciona genial para niños o para trabajar con niños, no precisamente para estados meditativos profundos con adultos. Me pareció una muy buena forma de empezar a conocer y tocar este tipo de instrumentos.
