I love these pants! I ware them every day when I am working out. They give me a good sweat. I usualy ware them with waist band to max my sweat output.and they work great where as I us to have an issue with the band not covering the bottom of my pooch I don't anymore. I can pour sweat from them when I get done working out. They do well in the laundry. I am five feet seven inches tall and one hundred and ninety five pounds and usually ware a large so I followed some of the reviews and went up a size but I really think I could have got a large. I guess it depends on your body type. So use your best judgement and get to sweating!

So I actually cut the bottom portion of the legs approximately 4 inches because I have thick/large legs in order to pull the pants up all the way, and once this was done, I could easily pull them up to have them fit comfortably on my body. Although I don't like that I have to cut them, this is better than returning or just getting rid of them as I had considered. I like them as they have lots of give once you initially put them on (its as if they stretch to your body and then you dont have to worry about them fitting again (they will remember your size). I gave them a 4 in stretch because of the issue I encountered however I gave a full 5 stars since that was the one issue I found. I would say size up if you have large legs unless you have the time to really fight to get yourself inside of these pants HAAAAAAAAAA! :^D

I wear a size 16. I weigh 253 I'm hour glass shaped my waist is smaller than my hips. I dont look it. Everyone tells me that. Even my doctor was like no way. It's going to feel tight at first. Be patient. After you wear it and get to moving around it will mold to your body. I have the vest on day one it was tight. By day 3 I lost so much water weight that it slid right on with no problem. The zipper is very sturdy. It's good quality. I will be purchasing again! Do not give up ladies!

The pants definitely make you sweat! You sweat so much, you even sweat putting them on but then It makes It difficult to slide them up because of the fabric on the inside sticking to your skin. They’re comfortable to workout in though, once you get them on lol

I got this to help me on my weight loss. It definitely makes you sweat and is high waisted! The zipper and one layer of hooks feel nice. But I wish I had ordered a size smaller. It gets lose after a month or so. And the ankles are not tight. My sweat only comes out a little bit. But I have lost a lot of inches. I will wear mines even though I can probably go a size down for sure now.

Bought theses because I had WLS in September last year and I’ve hit a stall after losing 71lbs . The fit is great on my stomach and thighs which are my target areas I need to work on . They feel like regular pants in the calf area though but that’s still cool with me. First time putting them on so I’m about to do some chores and errands in them. My current stats: 4’9” 160lbs and I selected size XL . I think it was well worth the price I may order a few more!!!

These fit very nice . High wasted is great as well . As far as any sweat - zero . I wear another brand typically but they were sold out so I tried these . Terrible results .

Super comfortable to wear, does the job of getting one to sweat more. Only issue, not for short people, it’s a bit on the long side.
